Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials to job sites.
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and construction trailers.
- Follow blueprints, safety guidelines, and project instructions provided by supervisors.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and safety regulations.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
