Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, loading, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and excavators (certification preferred).
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various on-site duties.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately to site supervisors.
- Transport materials and tools to and from work areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
