Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended shifts.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without injury.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety equipment, and procedures.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
