Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, rocks, and other obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in all weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are mandatory.
