Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in site layout and preparation.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and shoveling.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus, but not required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
