Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, marking areas, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
