Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Unload and organize materials from delivery trucks.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed within the designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical fitness is essential for this role.
