Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic excavation, digging, and tamping duties as required.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
