Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and cleanup duties.
- Assist in concrete pouring and general framing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods standing or walking.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
