Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- General Labor: Perform various manual labor tasks including mixing concrete, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
