Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform demolition and excavation tasks as directed
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or physical labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
