Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and framers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe workspace.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints or supervisor instructions.
- Perform basic excavation and dirt work as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long periods and in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without injury.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
