Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials using proper techniques
- Install temporary structures and scaffolding
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Class C driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Proficient with hand/power tools
- Flexible schedule including weekend availability
