Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power tools, such as saws, drills, and compressors.
- Load and unload construction materials, equipment, and debris.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with various tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, measuring areas, and digging trenches.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Clean and organize job sites at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
