Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Operate power tools and basic equipment under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform minor carpentry tasks, such as measuring and cutting lumber.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
