Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions to support project timelines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
