Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion
- Perform inspections and safety audits to maintain compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for weekend projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Valid California electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and load calculations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems and smart technology integration
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak project periods
