Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials, tools, and equipment for construction projects.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, hauling, and cleaning.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety plans.
- Ensure all tools and materials are accounted for and stored properly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Experience with construction site operations is a plus but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on job sites at heights.
