Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels, under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, or concrete work as directed.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic blueprints or schematics.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
