Responsibilities
- Operate Tools: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials on job sites efficiently.
- Site Prep: Assist in site preparation, including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Support Trades: Provide assistance to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor or general labor preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and willingness to work full-time, including weekends or overtime when necessary.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
