Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites daily.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
