Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons) with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, hauling, and site preparation.
- Follow blueprints and project instructions to ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
