Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials to and from the site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project plans.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
