Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards (Job Safety Analysis compliance).
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure project accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; must be punctual.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow verbal instructions.
