Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate and maintain hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and safety protocols rigorously
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material preparation and site cleanup
- Contribute to maintaining OSHA compliance and hazard prevention
- Participate in daily team briefings and project planning sessions
- Document work progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
