Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in safety briefings and hazard prevention
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Physical stamina for manual labor in various conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
