Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Assist skilled trades with material staging and equipment setup
- Complete daily reports and progress documentation accurately
- Participate in team briefings and safety compliance protocols
- Adapt to changing project requirements with flexibility
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
