Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and material transport (concrete, lumber, tools)
- Assist in site preparation including excavation and grading
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Adapt to changing project demands and schedules
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Team player with excellent communication skills
