Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and layout tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Perform site cleanup and waste management duties daily
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
