Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support team members with material transportation and staging
- Complete daily task logs and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
