Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and demolition tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards

- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and equipment operation
- Report safety hazards and maintain compliance with site protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Houston metro
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
