Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) per project specs
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
