Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and protocols
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check
