Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Perform site cleanup and waste management procedures
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and project plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar, and scaffolding
- Must possess own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
- Flexible availability for overtime and weekend shifts
