Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist skilled tradesmen with project-specific tasks and support operations
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent workplace accidents
- Report equipment malfunctions and site hazards to site supervisors
- Complete daily task logs and progress reports as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and variable schedules
