Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate construction tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and levels.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with installation and repairs.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
- Unload and stock construction materials efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- No criminal record required for this position.
