Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and equipment maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction specifications
- Operate machinery like concrete mixers, saws, and jackhammers
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience with power tools and construction equipment
