Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, filling, and leveling earth.
- Assist in the operation of light construction equipment and power tools.
- Unload, sort, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Help with basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
