Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall installation, and general cleanup.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the work site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
