- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas

- Complete daily reporting and documentation as required
- Adapt to different project types and site conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Seattle metro area
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurement and counting
