Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe worksite.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and preparation for the next day's work.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by the project supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
