Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, such as power saws, drills, and compressors.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on concrete.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
