Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and hand tools safely
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate implementation
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Class A CDL preferred (non-negotiable for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
