Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist skilled tradespeople in concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints for project accuracy
- Load/unraw materials safely using proper techniques
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability for early starts
