Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Site Prep: Clean work areas, remove debris, and prepare surfaces for construction activities.
- Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and site-specific safety protocols.
- Demolition & Removal: Perform light demolition tasks and haul away waste materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the crew.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
