Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Unload materials from trucks and assist in inventory management.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or licensure required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
