Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Prepare and clean job sites to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company protocols strictly.
- Perform general physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and carrying materials.
- Support electricians, carpenters, and other trades with various tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
