Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment.
- Unload and stack construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
