Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with project preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily assignments as directed by site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tool knowledge a plus
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
