Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site storage areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Support team members to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions to site supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and willingness to learn procedures
- Basic understanding of written instructions and ability to follow verbal directions
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting
